Mark was great to work with. He was available whenever we needed a question answered or a problem solved. Took time to really explain everything and always had a positive attitude. He is a very down to earth person and will make you feel like a friend, and not just another loan to close. His team was great also! I love the way they work with you during this stressful process. They make it easier on you and explain in detail what needs to be done. We had some hiccups but fought through it and was able to close on my new house in a nice time of year!!!
